A structured program for older homeowners in Grants Pass and the Rogue Valley, and for the families helping them decide.
A later-life move keeps a different clock than an ordinary sale. A health change or a care opening sets the timeline, not the spring market. Legal authority often rests with a trust, a power of attorney or an estate, and sons and daughters are frequently coordinating from three states away. The Senior Transition Program brings the housing decision into one orderly sequence, beginning at your kitchen table, and carries it well beyond where a standard listing appointment ends. I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, earned for exactly this work, and I handle each family’s move as I would my own parents’.
Leaving land you have worked for years? The Next Steward Program is built for that move: the land handed to someone who will care for it, and its owner settled in a home that still feels like their own.

How it works
First visit: I come to your house, or meet you at a cafe, for thirty minutes. You describe what is changing and what concerns you. I ask questions and listen.
The plan: You get the house valued and the options priced out in dollars. Every Oregon program that fits your situation gets identified by name, with its local contact. Some families sit with this for a year before doing anything. That is a normal place to pause.
Preparing: Vetted local vendors handle repairs, cleaning, and sorting on a schedule you set. I manage them, so you keep one phone number.
The sale: Listing, showings, and negotiation run with your attorney or fiduciary looped in wherever legal authority requires it, and with family updated on the cadence you chose.
After the move: The equity gets explained in writing, so the next decision gets made with the actual numbers in front of you.
