Listed and Left

Second opinion realtor in Grants Pass, Oregon

Here’s my read: the price was likely fine. The trouble was who saw it. A house like this needs a particular buyer, often someone from a larger, costlier market who wants land, quiet and a different pace.

That buyer rarely finds a Grants Pass listing by chance; they have to be reached where they are searching. A listing that only waits on the MLS serves an ordinary house at an ordinary price. Yours needs to be carried to its buyer.

Before you relist, a complimentary Seller’s CMA gives you an independent read on the price, with every comparable sale on the table. More on why homes sit. To talk it through, call or text me at (971) 303-2253. I make time for every question.
